These Terms of Service govern your use of Ruaj, a loyalty card wallet published by Enhar Ukalo.
service overview
Ruaj helps you store, organize, and access loyalty cards on your device. Some features work offline, while account-based sync requires an internet connection and a Ruaj account.
accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and account details you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your sign-in credentials.
- You may use guest mode without creating an account, but guest data is stored locally on your device only.
acceptable use
- Do not use Ruaj for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or abuse infrastructure.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to digitize and use the loyalty cards you store.
data and availability
- Ruaj is provided on a best-effort basis. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
- Sync features depend on third-party services and internet connectivity.
- We recommend keeping your device secure and verifying important card information before relying on it at checkout.
intellectual property
The Ruaj app, branding, and related materials are owned by Enhar Ukalo or used with permission. Loyalty card brands and barcodes stored by users remain the property of their respective owners.
termination and deletion
- You can stop using Ruaj at any time by deleting your cards, uninstalling the app, or deleting your account.
- Signed-in users can request deletion from inside the app. Additional details are available atenhar.net/delete-account/ruaj.
- We may suspend or restrict access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
